Amazing!

I chose this place for my Subaru Forester as I did not want to keep taking my car to the Subaru dealer for maintenance services. I looked the customer's reviews and decided to try this place due to high rating. I was very satisfied from the start to finish. I felt I received a reasonable and great service. The most important thing was I felt I could trust their expertise and judgement. I am sure I will keep taking my Subaru to Ackerman's for ongoing maintenance and/or problems from now on.

My wife and I recently moved from L.A. to Oakland and my 2017 XC60 needed servicing but with 50,000 miles on it I looked for an independent service shop instead of a dealership. Bruce and his team were very quick on getting to my car and performed a 50,000 mile service. I thought the brakes were soft and put that in the note when I left my keys in the overnight drop but Bruce assured me they were fine and no need to spend the money on a repair that was not necessary. Great shop, perfect location and the service was outstanding.

I appreciate their give back program to non-profits and my car was serviced very quickly
