My dreaded kryptonite is the check engine light and Schedule Maintenance alert on the dash. Several months ago the check engine light came on and I could not get into the dealership, I called Ackerman’s and like magic I was told come in… and poof, Ackerman’s fixed the problem and all was zen with the world. And the experience was wonderful. So, when the regular Schedule Maintenance light came on I’ve trained myself to go to the dealership… no big surprise, that maintenance would have to be scheduled a month out… so, I call Ackerman’s on a Friday and was told… bring it in on Monday… well, now I’m committing myself to use Ackerman’s over the dealership. The owner is super friendly and listens. Just got the 2010 XC60 back and it’s like new again. Thank you!

Bruce and his team are friendly, professional & knowledgeable. I've had my Subaru Outback serviced here more than once and I've been completely satisfied each time, I've had major and minor service done here. They do great work!
