Trunk lock broke. I brought my Volvo to Ackerman’s and they repaired it within a hour or so.

As always, Ackerman has been timely, thorough and 'reasonable' given that Volvos are expensive to maintain.They called me to give an estimate, after checking out the car to get my authorization. I am very pleased with their service. Thanks to Ackerman for being there, and hope they exist as long as I continue to drive my ancient Volvo.
