Let me begin by saying that first impressions are everything. Bruce was polite, courteous and accommodating on the phone. I called Ackerman's to request a free inspection for my 2012 Subaru Outback, an offer for first time customer's. Bruce got me in right away, inspected my vehicle and gave me the diagnosis. A few days after the inspection, I called Bruce and scheduled my repair appointment. Bruce was also kind enough to Uber me to my office. My vehicle was repaired within the time promised and when I picked it up, Darren was there to receive me. He was also polite and courteous. From now on, I will only bring my car to Ackerman's for repairs - period. No bells and no whistles here, just great customer service and great repair work done with integrity.
