First time having my Volvo XC90 serviced at Ackerman's this past week. Very professional and personable staff. They had done the service quickly as well. Upfront and fair pricing. Complimentary Lyft ride from and back to their shop is a huge plus. I'll definitely be taking my Volvo back here for servicing from now and on. Thank you!

We took our high mileage 2012 Volvo S 60 on a 6K road trip in June and July. The Ackerman team helped us get the car ready. The car ran beautifully through mountains, valleys, and long stretches of driving on lonely roads. Ackerman's does a great job!

I was impressed by the way Bruce interacted with the various customers, while waiting for my ride to pick me up. He was professional yet very aware of their concerns. Bruce took the time to explain what the issues were with my Volvo S80 and what how to fix it. Bruce took the time to reviewed the bill with me, explaining what was done and the cost for each items.

Great Service and good advice, looking ahead, for my car

I had an unexpected leak and Ackerman's was able to quickly schedule me service the next day. They identified and fixed the problem promptly. Customer service was also great. Everyone was friendly, helpful and communicated well. Shuttle service was also much appreciated.

I was impressed by their courteous and efficient service. The cost was reasonable given that car maintenance is never cheap. Unlike some other places that I have been to, they called me back when the car was ready, offered me a ride back from and to the shop. I recommend them v.v. highly!

I am always assured of top notch service when I take my Volvo to Ackerman's. I have been going there for 14 years. Bruce & Adam go the extra mile to be of help.
