This is only my second trip to Ackerman's, but I am fully persuaded it is the right place for my vehicle -- I appreciate the courtesy, efficiency and the thorough work that was done on my trusty Subaru for this 5000 mile service.

Excellent service. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Good clear communication about work to be done and future work. Repair was done in short time frame and parts and labor were priced fairly. I'll keep taking my car there.
