While the repair seems to have been correct, the customer service was drastically lacking. Twice, other customers were offered rides home and I was not. Then, I was told I could pick up my car on Friday and that my key would be left in an accessible place along with my proof of payment. That did not happen, so beyond the four times I had to hire a lyft to and from Ackerman's from my home, I also had to use Lyft and Uber the two additional days after my car was fixed and paid for -- an additional $200. It would have been nice if even a discount had been offered.
