Our wheel(s) were going to fall off after you made check up service. This was a major safety issue. Please do better. We have gone to you for several years. Please address whatever you have to address so this does not occur again. Thank you.

I really really appreciate Bruce's expertise and his recommendations. I took my Volvo XC 90 to another shop (stupidly) and they wanted to do $3,000+ worth of unnecessary work on it to replace the pads & rotors on my brakes. Bruce looked at it, and confirmed I had over 50% left on front & back pads, and nothing was required. He went one step further and tightened my parking brake, which was loose. The whole inspection was free, and I will be going back to Bruce for all my auto needs from now on.

Went with battery drain issues on a XC90, but nothing was found, so nothing was charged. Have to go back though, battery did drain again.
