Ackerman's consistently keeps the budget for maintenance and repairs to what's necessary, they have and would never try to upsell me on something that isn't needed. They are flexible and pleasant to deal with. They also donate 5% of what I spend to my kids' schools. I'll keep going there for my Volvo maintenance and repair forever.

The technicians demonstrate experience, the ability to troubleshoot and expertise and Bruce, in the front office, is knowledgeable, personable, and patient. This is not to deny that Volvos are very expensive to work on so hold on to your hat. In addition, I believe that Ackerman's is honest and forthright.
